Sweden's Greatest Player -May 2009 edition

Congratulations to Sven Ragnar Åström from Sweden who took down the WPT Venice title and the over $500,000 that goes with it. Also a snazzy WPT Tiffany bracelet which we will have to get engraved in Malmö because nobody in Vegas or LA is going to know how to engrave an ö much less an Å. Mike "Timex" McDonald met his own Waterloo in fourth place by foolishly getting all his money in with the best hand. Math is overrated.

By the way, anyone out there know how old Sven Ragnar Åström (or CopyPaste as I like to call him) is? He looks even younger than Timex but it could be the salubrious effects of Swedish volleyball. Give us a shout if you find out. Happy Mother's Day.
